The OT3912t is an integrated oscillator for TSMC 180n processes. No external components are required. After a simple trim process a frequency stability of better than 1% is achieved over voltage and temperature ranges.
The IP is silicon proven and is included in Obsidian’s OT9115 USB PD cable marker chip.
