The OT6021 is a high accuracy die temperature to digital sensor for the UMC 55nm ULP process. It samples the die temperature from an asynchronous start signal and delivers a 12 bit temperature result in 2ms. It can run with an internal oscillator or with an external 8MHz clock. There is a 6 bit optional trim input. The IP can operate without trimming at a reduced accuracy.
