16 Bit D-RAM

Yes, 16b, not 16Mb! This was a student project I supervised. During the early 90's I wanted to expand the recruiting base for the company. One way to do this was to sponsor some very simple complete chip developments in local technical schools. This was one of the successful ones.

The reason choosing this function that it was a simple circuit that nevertheless required all the design steps required for a real dynamic CMOS chip design.
